Our rates are 10-20% less than comparable options, and we are the only property with shared private baths between every two rooms at an incredible location and just a short walking distance to most buildings on campus. In addition, we offer an incredible array of in-building amenities that is unmatched by any other student housing property serving KU including:

ACADEMIC YEAR 2013-2014 RATES

The rates below are ALL-INCLUSIVE so there are no extra charges for all services and amenities provided including housekeeping service, high speed internet access, utilities, cable TV and much more. These services alone could cost $150-$200 per month!

Payment Plan Information

When you sign up to live at Naismith Hall, you will automatically agree to a 10-payment plan with payments due on or before the first of the month beginning August 1st.  Naismith Hall does offer an alternate payment plan for those students receiving financial aid.  For the First Semester, resident must provide proof of financial aid and pay $200 by July 1st, $200 by August 1st and the balance due for the semester by August 31st.  For the Second Semester, resident must provide proof of financial aid and pay $200 by November 1st, $200 by December 1st, and the balance due for the semester by January 31st.
